Field Associate - DRIVER

We’re Hiring: Field Associate-Driver (Experience Preferred)

Frenchy’s Wedding & Events — a family-owned company based in Tucson — is growing fast and looking for skilled, motivated individuals to join our team as Field Associate-Driver.

This is a hands-on role ideal for people with experience in tent installations, event setups, or physical labor who enjoy outdoor work, value teamwork, and take pride in building memorable events.

What You’ll Do:

  • Drive 24’ box trucks and transport event equipment

  • Load and unload trucks at warehouse and job sites

  • Setup of tents, stages, tables, chairs, dance floors, furniture and all other event equipment

  • Support crew leads during installations

  • Build temporary fencing and place barricades

  • Assist crew leads with tents installations

  • Support setup and breakdown of tents and other equipment

  • Plan routes and navigate to job sites efficiently

  • Communicate professionally with clients regarding event delivery logistics, setup details and on-site needs.

You Might Be a Great Fit If You:

  • Are dependable, punctual, and comfortable working long shifts including some weekends, early mornings, or evenings

  • Can lead by example, follow directions, and make decisions on the fly

  • Have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record (CDL not required but a plus)

  • Can pass a background check and drug test

  • Thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

  • Experience driving larger trucks (preferred)

  • Event setup experience a plus

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Requirements

  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs

  • Comfortable working nights, weekends, and holidays

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment

  • DOT card (or ability to obtain one)
