Warehouse Staff Member-Part Time Position

Frenchy’s Wedding & Events is looking for a dependable, highly organized, and detail-oriented team member to help prepare our inventory for events.

This position is responsible for cleaning, counting, inspecting, packing, and preparing rental items for each client order. You will work with furniture, area rugs, throw pillows, décor, dishware, and other event inventory to ensure every item is clean, damage-free, accurately counted, and ready for the delivery crew.

Responsibilities

  • Clean, inspect, count, pack, and prepare inventory for client orders

  • Clean and prep furniture, rugs, pillows, décor, dishware, and other rental items

  • Complete accurate inventory counts for every outgoing and incoming order

  • Check all returned items for damage, missing pieces, or excessive wear

  • Clean and properly store incoming inventory

  • Pack orders safely and efficiently for the delivery and installation crews

  • Maintain knowledge of our inventory, products, and rental offerings

  • Keep the warehouse, showroom, and lobby clean, organized, and client-ready

  • Sweep, mop, dust, take out trash, and maintain clean work areas

  • Prepare the showroom for in-person client meetings

  • Assist with other warehouse duties, projects, and event preparation as needed

  • Follow Frenchy’s Wedding & Events procedures and quality standards

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate works well under pressure, has a positive attitude, and takes pride in keeping things clean and organized. They must be able to follow directions, work independently when needed, meet tight deadlines, and contribute as a team player.

Requirements

  • Able to adapt to changes without becoming easily frustrated

  • Able to lift at least 50 pounds

  • Able to stand, walk, bend, and move for long periods

  • Valid Arizona driver’s license

  • Clean driving record

  • Reliable transportation to and from work

  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug test

  • Previous event rental, restaurant, warehouse, catering, or hospitality experience is a plus+

Other Info:

Looking for candidates that are able to work at least 20-30 hours per week. Usual work day is between the hours of 9am-2pm M-F possibly some weekends. Hours can fluctuate especially during the slow seasons: Jan-Feb & June-Aug

Pay: $14-$15 per hour
