Bookings are subject to product availability. We do recommend making your reservation at least 30 days prior to your event, although we will accept those last minute reservations as well.
We will need your contact information including your email address. We also require a 25% non-refundable deposit to secure your reservation. Your deposit can be made by credit card, cash or Zelle.

No quantity limits are required for a rental product, although we do require a minimum order of $40 for delivery. Please contact us for any special request if needed.
14 days prior to your event.
All reservation cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to your event. If cancellations are made within the 48 hour window, rental items will be charged in full, regardless of weather conditions. Please see our Policy page for more information.
We accept cash, credit card or Zelle. Personal checks are not accepted.

Yes, we do offer delivery. Delivery rates vary depending on location. We do have a minimum of $40+ for delivery. Pick up is optional and by appointment only.
Delivery/Pick-up times are from 8am-8pm, any pick-ups after 8pm will be subject to a fee. Your delivery time will be confirmed the week of your event. All reservations are 24hr rentals. We always do our best to deliver at least 2hrs prior to your event.
You may pay the final balance on your account at any point before your event, but we must receive full payment before your rental items can be delivered. We recommend paying off your full balance 24hours prior to your event. Our delivery drivers do not accept payments upon delivery. By paying off your balance ahead of time, allows you to focus on other details on a day that has so many moving parts. Your balance due can be made by credit card, cash or Zelle. This can be done over the phone or in person.
We ask that you please scrape or rinse any dishwater free of any food/desserts. We ask that you do not wash any linen.
Yes. Please email us at frenchysrentals@gmail.com with the details of your event. Please provide the date of your event, delivery address and items you would like to rent and the quantity. We will email you your quote as soon as possible.
No. Although we do partner with Wonder World Jumping Castles. We will do our best to get you the best birthday party package deal possible. Call and ask for details.
No. We will set up all tents, tent accessories, arches & backdrops. We are available to set up chairs, tables, linen and other items for an additional set-up fee.
